Wolves will have to pay more than £18m to land Middlesbrough’s Adama Traore

According to The Mirror, Wolves will sign Middlesbrough’s Adama Traore this summer, but it will cost them more than his £18 million release clause.

Hit and miss

Traore joined Middlesbrough from Aston Villa in the summer of 2016 for a fee of around £7.4 million.

However, for much of his time at Boro, he failed to impress. In the 2016/17 season, Traore made 27 Premier League appearances for Boro.
