Uber Suspends Testing After Self Driving Car Hits and Kills Woman in Arizona

A self-driving car operated by Uber struck and killed a woman in Tempe, Arizona, on Sunday evening.

Gizmodo reported that the deadly collision took place around 10 p.m. on Sunday night, as 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg was crossing the street. She was rushed to the hospital, where she died from her injuries.
