The Flaming Lips and Miley Cyrus are touring right now, and they've just shared a new music video for their Dead Petz track "Ligher". Directed by Cyrus and Wayne Coyne, it's pretty typical fare for the two parties at this point—it's psychedelic, there's nudity, and bright colors fluctuate and swirl (courtesy of Jen Stark's projected animation).
