Sudbury woman struck by 22-year-old impaired driver suing driver and his mother for $3.4 million

A woman who was struck by an impaired driver in 2014 is suing the driver and his mother for a total of $3.4 million.

Tamara Fiacconi, along with her husband David and daughter Sierra, have filed a lawsuit against Hunter Currie, 22, and his mother, Tina Louise Currie, the owner of the vehicle he was driving when the crash occurred.
