South Boston condo developer vows to correct sidewalk problem

The city approved a pedestrian easement plan Thursday from a developer who has come under fire for building a luxury condo in South Boston that neighbors and elected officials say left the sidewalk inaccessible to seniors and pedestrians with disabilities.

“I’m very concerned about this,” said City Councilor Ed Flynn, who represents the district. “Limiting access for persons with disabilities by a developer is unacceptable. It’s disrespectful to the community.”
