Sausage, Spinach and Cheese Breakfast Squares

Easy peasy and adjustable. These are good served hot, fresh from the oven, but I make them for us to take to work and eat there. They also freeze and reheat very well. I also used cubed ham if sausage isn't available. And if I have a lot of chopped green or spring onions left over from something, I use those as well as yellow or white onion.
