Rice cooked in coffee maker can reduce arsenic intake

Stephen FellerBELFAST, Northern Ireland, July 23 (UPI) -- Researchers suggest people cook rice in a coffee maker because it reduces potentially harmful levels of arsenic in the food more than boiling it in a pan.
