Let's see, during the regular season, the Red Sox averaged a major-league best 5.4 runs a game.

In their first playoff series, they averaged 6.7 runs a game against the Yankees.

Against the Astros, they scored 5.8 runs a game.

And Tuesday night they opened up their 2018 World Series against the Dodgers with eight runs --  two off of legendary Clayton Kershaw in the first inning, then three more off him by the fifth.
