Opinion: Arsenal move for 49-goal PL ace would give them their best attack since Henry & Bergkamp

According to The Mirror, Manchester City are open to selling Raheem Sterling if he does not sign a new contract.

What’s the word?

The 23-year-old’s deal at the Etihad Stadium does not expire until June 2020, but there seems to be a standoff with regards to fresh terms.

The Mirror reports that Sterling planned to return to the negotiating table after the World Cup, hopeful that his performances for England would convince City that he deserves a bump on his £170,000-a-week salary.
