No M train service between Manhattan, Queens due to signal problems

MANHATTAN — Signal problems at Herald Square snarled the Thurday morning commute for subway riders in Manhattan and Queens, shutting down service on one line and rerouting others.

There is no M train service between Essex St-Delancey St and Forest Hills-71 Ave, the MTA said shortly after 8 a.m.

These service changes are also in effect:

Northbound  trains are stopping along the  line from W 4 St-Washington Sq to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av.
