NHL Notes: Matt Grzelcyk coming back big

Matt Grzelcyk had himself a pretty good year. Called up from Providence for good in November, the young Bruins defenseman from Charlestown made himself a nightly fixture in the lineup, usually as part of a very effective pairing with Kevan Miller. When his security was seemingly challenged by general manager Don Sweeney acquiring Nick Holden, another left-shot defenseman, from the Rangers, Grzelcyk responded by playing even better.

And in June, Grzelcyk was rewarded with a two-year deal...
