Lakers’ Josh Hart jumps into starting lineup after strong summer

LOS ANGELES — Before the start of almost every summer workout, Josh Hart took 15 minutes just to dribble.

That’s the only way to improve your ballhandling: just keep doing it. Getting down the rhythm of a particular move can take long stretches of repetition, and dribbling isn’t the most enjoyable drill. But Hart kept at it – for four months.

“When you get into the game, you don’t really think about it,” he said. “You kinda get more comfortable with it.”
