James Murphy has a dream he'd like us to hear, Heineken has beer it'd like us to buy, and the MTA has to move six million people every day with very little money. Like an impassive turnstile handling a slightly bent MetroCard during Monday morning rush hour, the transit agency has repeatedly rejected Murphy's ambitious plan to change the shrill subway entry beeps to pleasant musical tones.
