End of Daylight Savings increases dangers in deadly dark

If you’re a sleepy head like me, tomorrow morning, Nov. 5, is bliss. Because of the switch away from Daylight Savings, setting our clocks back allows an extra hour of pillow time.

But that’s when dreams end and danger begins.

Except for my wife, who thrives to rise before roosters crow, experts warn monkeying around with time change disrupts sleep patterns, can cause lousy driving and leads to more accidents.
