Emotional scars remain for uninjured Marathon bombing witness

Manya Chylinski was in the bleacher seats near the finish line when the first bomb exploded six years ago at the Boston Marathon.

She froze. She watched as the cloud of smoke grew bigger and people ran. She saw a woman standing in front of a shattered plate glass window, broken glass at her feet.

Then, the second bomb exploded.

Manya made her way down the bleachers, never taking her eyes off her feet, and over to the Boston Public Library. Once there, she sobbed.
