LAS VEGAS – Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman said he didn’t plan to hire a general manager to replace Farhan Zaidi any time soon.
He didn’t say he wouldn’t hire an assistant general manager.
The Dodgers announced Sunday that they had hired Jeff Kingston as vice president and assistant GM. Kingston had been in the same role with the Seattle Mariners since 2009.
