District Attorney says likely 'no misconduct' in death of man hogtied by police

A Mississippi district attorney said this week that there was likely "no misconduct" by police in the case of a man who died after being 'hogtied' by officers.

The man, Troy Goode, of Memphis, Tennessee, died in the hospital on Saturday a few hours after police hogtied him and he was taken away in an ambulance.
