BROOKLYN — Since construction on the Pierhouse luxury building reached it's peak tourists and locals have both expressed their frustration with the truncated view of the Brooklyn Bridge.
"My issue with the construction is that it obstructs my view of the Brooklyn Bridge. And that view of the bridge is an iconic image in the city of New York," said Tom Cahalan of Brooklyn Heights.
