College kids grab lunch, bag hunger

The Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology has launched a new food program to help students get meals while earning a degree as studies show college kids often skip dinner to pay the bills.

In the pilot program, the small private tech school teamed up with Billy’s Sub Shop on Berkeley Street so students could get three free meals a week from the local restaurant.
