Body found along Kuskokwim River identified as man who fell through ice 2 years ago

A body found this month on the Kuskokwim River has been identified as a man who disappeared through the ice more than two years ago.

Alaska State Troopers say Tuluksak resident Dillon Lamont, then 26 years old, went missing April 10, 2016, when he was reported to have fallen through the ice at a fishing camp in Tuluksak.

Bethel-based radio station KYUK reported at the time that Lamont was one of three people who fell into the water, with a witness rescuing the two others.
