Alaska Air Q2 EPS Tops, Expands Seattle Flights

Alaska Air (ALK) reported second-quarter earnings above analyst estimates Thursday. The carrier said Q2 earnings jumped 56% to $1.76 per share, above the $1.73 that analysts polled by Thomson Reuters were expecting. Revenue rose 4.5% to $1.44 billion, in line with views.
