Ahead of nor'easter, JCP&L customers bash company for storm preparedness tweets

JCP&L tried to share information about its storm plan, but customers wouldn't let the company forget about all those days they were without power as a result of the last two nor'easters. People who had to either spend nights in the cold or leave their homes for motels snapped at the company when it tried to tweet about, well, anything.
