A National ‘Heartbeat Bill’ Was Just Put Before The House Of Representatives

Back in December, the Ohio House of Representatives passed the controversial Heartbeat Bill, which would ban abortion after roughly six weeks or when doctors could detect a heartbeat in a fetus.
