The Tiffin River at Stryker is experiencing minor flooding that affects Fulton, Williams and Defiance counties in Ohio. The flood warning for this area remains in effect until Thursday at 4:00 AM.
The Saint Joseph River Ohio near Newville also faces minor flooding conditions, impacting Allen County in Indiana along with De Kalb and Defiance counties in Ohio. This warning continues until Wednesday at 2:00 PM.
